Kristjana Einarsdóttir, co-owner of Northern Light Inn, created Max’s Restaurant for her guests to enjoy a tasty visit to Iceland. Max’s Icelandic name is Max Veitingastaður.

We stopped at Northern Lights Inn to rest and relax after an action-packed trip to London and Paris and NLI offered a calm and relaxed oasis to the end of our trip. The food and drinks in the restaurant were spectacular and the customer service was 5 star without being pretentious. We can think of no better place to escape to and unwind. We can't wait to return.
