PRICES INCLUDE
Room prices include 11% VAT, buffet breakfast, free hi-speed wifi and access to the Fitness Room, complimentary scheduled shuttles to+from the Blue Lagoon.

Deluxe and Superior Room prices also include complimentary access to the Wellness Spa.

PRICES EXCLUDE
Room prices do not include 800 kr City Tax per night, per room.

PAYMENT
We accept Visa and Master Card.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
Yes, you may cancel a Standard Booking, if you send us an email confirming your booking cancellation no less than 48 hours before your arrival.

If you have booked a Non-Refundable room online and cancel or don’t show up, it is precisely, Non-Refundable.

Non-Refundable bookings cannot be modified and are non negotiable once your credit card has been charged, hence we offer our lowest rate for non-refundable bookings.

We offer also Partly Refundable room online. If you cancel your booking with more than 48 hours prior to arrival date, you get 75% of what we have charged your card refunded. Partly Refundable bookings can also be modified for a surcharge of ISK 5,000 if the modification is made 48 hours prior to arrival date.

Online Travel Agencies, OTA, may have specific alternative cancellation policies.
Please contact your OTA, like booking.com or Expedia, directly.

For all bookings, no modifications or cancellations are possible if done with less than 48 hours before your arrival date.

NUMBER OF PERSONS ALLOWED IN A ROOM
A Deluxe, Superior, Double or Twin is for 2 persons.

Triples for 3, Family Rooms for 4.

Baby’s Crib
An infant’s crib may be added for free to any room, for infants 0~24 months old.

Extra Bed • For Family Rooms Only
An extra bed or cot —if available— may be added to Family Room only for 5,000 kr per night.

ACCESSIBILITY
All NLI hotel rooms are on the ground floor.

An elevator to the Wellness Spa provides access for all.

NLI has handicap accessible rooms with Universal Design Principles.

GROUP BOOKINGS
Group bookings, for 10 or more guests, have different prices and policies.

NORTHERN LIGHT INN IS SMOKE FREE

No Smoking.

Smoking, of any kind, is not allowed anywhere Inside the hotel.

Designated smoking areas are outside.

SMOKING CHARGES
If you have been smoking in your room, smoking anything including vaping, we reserve the right to charge you an additional Maximum Room Rate.

WHY?
This is what it costs to keep a room empty for smoke-free cleaning, de-odorizing and dry cleaning everything in the room, to make it odor free and nice again for the next guests.

Respectfully, please do not smoke in your room or anywhere inside the hotel.
